If it's the 8th February, then it's my Birthday.
I've been reflecting on some of the most important lessons I've learnt over my 53 years.

Rather than bore you with 50+ lessons, one for each of my years, I thought I'd focus on the most important 5 lessons I've learnt during my career.

In this first video I talk about the time in my career when I was a contractor and paid a day rate.  Because I wanted to offer my clients the best possible value I learnt how to become insanely productive.  The trick I learnt was to divide my time in 20 min segments and to focus on 'producing' not 'working'.  This helped me stop procrastinating and perfecting and helped me become super productive.
